Who we are

Theoreon (“we”) operates theoreon.dev. Theoreon is in the process of being formally established in Türkiye; until registration completes, the founders act as data controller. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

Contact form: your name, email, company (optional), the topic, optional budget and timeline, and your message.

Launch list: your email address and preferred language.

For abuse prevention we store a one-way, keyed hash of your IP address — never the address itself — and your browser’s user-agent string.

Why we use it

To reply to your inquiry and, if you joined the launch list, to send at most two announcements. The legal basis is your explicit consent and our legitimate interest in answering requests.

Cookies

We set only functional cookies: your language preference, and a session cookie if you sign in to the administration area. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking.

Where it is stored

Data is stored in a database on a server we operate and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Our network provider (Cloudflare) processes traffic to deliver the site securely.

How long

Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange; launch-list entries until you ask to be removed or the announcements have been sent.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 and the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
